Shipping, Returns and Warranties

Order Processing:

  • Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday. The fulfilment center is closed on Bank Holidays.
  • Please allow up to three business days for shipping, although most items ship the next day depending on order volume.
  • Double-check your shipping address when placing an order. We are not responsible for items delivered to incorrect addresses.
  • Due to fast shipping turn around times, once an order is placed we cannot accommodate changes or edits. Please review your order details carefully.
  • To cancel an order, contact to request cancellation. Depending on where the order is at in the process, we will try to get this cancelled but cannot guarantee accommodation. Most orders ship next day and once the shipping company has taken the items by late morning, they are no longer in our possession.

Tracking Information:

  • You will receive an email with tracking information once your order ships from our third-party fulfillment site, "Ship Station". If you do not receive this email by the end of the allowed 3rd business day, contact customer service at

Damaged Items:

  • Upon receipt, please inspect your products immediately. We carefully inspect every piece by hand prior to shipping them out so if anything is received damaged, this has happened during transit. Please send photos of both the shipping box and the damaged products to within 5 days of receipt so we can promptly open a case with the shipping company for damages and/or losses accrued during transit. Once we have started the claim, we will either send you replacements along with a prepaid shipping label to return the damaged items, (OR) issue a refund and send out a pre-paid label to return damaged goods depending on current inventory levels/current customer needs. We do NOT cover non-transit broken glass related issues. To ensure our policies aren't potentially misused, all broken knob claims must be made within 5 days of delivery.

Disclaimer: Glass is fragile and must be handled with care. We are not responsible for any injuries related to misuse of glass products. Please handle with care.

Knob Warranty: 

All knobs come with a 30-day fitting warranty. If the glue attaching the fitting to the glass fails causing the glass to detach, or if the fitting itself breaks within 30 days of purchase, we will either replace or refund the item, depending on our current inventory levels. Please send pictures to and we will get you a replacement sent out within 5 business days.

Note: Broken glass is not covered under this warranty. Please handle fragile items with care.

USPS Lost Packages:

  • If your package is showing delivered but you feel it has been delivered to an incorrect address, please visit your local post office with your tracking number to obtain GPS coordinates of where the package was delivered. This must be done in person and cannot be done online so they can verify they are not giving away private information. We do not cover lost or stolen packages, however we will assist you with the claims process for getting a refund from the shipping company if you would like assistance with this. If the delivery coordinates do not match your address, contact us at We are not responsible for stolen packages delivered to the correct address.
  • We will assist with claims for delayed or lost in transit packages. Compensation is subject to the shipping company’s policies.

Return Policy:

  • We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for non-damaged items.

  • All current inventory is listed on our website. Subscribe to our notification list for updates on out-of-stock items. This can be found at the very bottom of the page.
